     This book has been created to bring back the light into our bread. The light has disappeared from today's bread, manufactured by all sorts of technologies and by all different sorts of wheat. Once people had "sunny" food made from primary plants and before they reach for it, they tuned their inner light with prayer. Today we do not feel the need for tuning such as this, probably because we eat mostly hybrids, in which the light is almost gone. Entering into us the food meets a polluted, sad little flame, to which adds it's even lower vibration. From the everyday meeting between these two shadows our shady civilization lives.
